Regional Sales Manager, East Region

 Requirements:

 

· A Bachelor’s degree in the Management and/or Chemistry field is required. 

· Minimum 5 years of management experience.

· Experience in direct sales or other equivalent customer contact work.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.

· Position requires extensive travel with in the region. 

· The incumbent should live in the Eastern Region.

 

 

Duties:

 

This position is responsible for managing the CAS sales force of field Account Consultants, Application Specialists, and Major Account Managers.  Incumbent is responsible for the execution of an established U.S. and Canadian strategy aimed at increasing the organization’s sales revenues.  Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for assuring that effective calls and presentations are made to existing and potential customers and assuring that customers receive the best knowledgeable and responsive sales service possible through active negotiations and execution of sales agreements.
