Regional Sales Managers (East/West/Canadian)

Experience:  5-10 years – Automotive Aftermarket Sales & Sales Management

Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the growth of their assigned territory, and partnering with marketing and operations to achieve sales objectives.  Previous Automotive Aftermarket experience with strong rep relationships is preferred.  The candidate must be a highly effective and active salesperson.

 

Responsibilities:Service and develop clients within individual territory Develop and train rep groups Help develop regional sales and marketing plans, goals, and initiatives Develop product planning unit forecast plans along with sell through strategy Assist with market research and new product development Provide on-going analysis of competitive products

 

Experience Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess automotive aftermarket sales and sales management experience. The ability to balance multiple customers to operate on a national scope. The keys to success in this position are maintaining existing customer relationships while establishing new ones using an organized, sales process to grow sales.

 

Education Required:BS degree preferred High verbal and computer skills, with a passion for the automotive industry

This position requires some overnight travel.  This is a salaried position with full benefits plus a generous bonus and commission schedule.
