Reliability Engineer (BS Engineering)

OUR CLIENT is a global chemical company, with corporate headquarters in Franceand North America headquarters in Philadelphia.  They are a leading  world-class producer in most of their product lines, including PMMA, fluorochemicals, hydrogen peroxide, organic peroxides and molecular sieves; and a regional leader in others, including chlorochemicals in Europe. They are seeking an experienced RELIABILITY ENGINEER for their Carrollton, Kyplant.



Title: Reliability Engineer 

Job Description/Responsibilities: Develop and implement reliability improvement activities for the Carrollton Plant to drive improved asset utilization and maintenance cost reduction. Lead small capital projects to implement solutions.Manage Carrollton Plant mechanical integrity systems to ensure consistent and cost effective compliance.Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting for assigned areas.Managing change process to implement a culture of world class reliability expectations.Establishing and maintaining long term reliability improvement priorities balanced against short term cost and production demands.Building cross functional understanding and support of the reliability improvement process.Developing and implementing equipment operating and maintenance procedures to support ongoing reliability improvement.Developing and implementing cost effective mechanical integrity procedures.

Basic Qualifications: BS Degree in Engineering Working knowledge with API engineering standardsExperience with chemical processing equipment.Some experience in a manufacturing engineering position would be a plusCertification and training in root cause analysis and other reliability related skillsGood oral and written communications skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
