Position Description:The Revenue Management Business Analyst function will primarily be responsible for the analysis of monthly data and the reporting of this data into Pivot Tables, Access Databases, Spreadsheets and Charts. These outputs are used internally within the Department and across other geographies within the company to help manage the company Accounts Receivable and Billing Processes. Source data is obtained from multiple SAP systems and Business Warehouse.Monthly Reporting to create Spreadsheets, Access databases, Pivot Tables and Charts that are used both internally and across the other geographies within the company.Creation and Execution of Specialized Reports for department use.Assisting with the implementation/completion of department projects and goals.Actively available to assist, when necessary, to provide feedback on system changes; enhancements, or upgrades.Back-up to the Billing representatives to insure daily billing files are processed by third party vendors (Kubra / UIS).Revenue Management Data Cube administrator for Business Warehouse system



Position Requirements:Excellent computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Power PointKnowledge and understanding of Accounts ReceivableStrong communication skills (oral and written)Ability to coordinate multiple tasksStrong problem solving and analytical skillsDetailed orientedWillingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAbility to identify and resolve issues accuratelyAbility to coordinate multiple tasksAnswer inquiries and proactively report potential issues/concerns to managementWork with minimum supervisionExcellent customer service skills
