We are currently seeking a Sales Analytics Reporting Analyst in our corporate headquarters located in Racine, WI.     This position is part of a team that supports our field sales organization conducting sales analysis and forecasts along with additional reports to track sales and profitability performance.   · Conduct Analysis of data gathered to generate insights for various stakeholders · Creates reports from sales and marketing databases to show performance against key applicable metrics including: Gross sales, Net sales and profitability Customer penetration New product introductions Pricing action · Create executive management reports/dashboards for North America Sales and Marketing · Interface with multiple departments including sales, marketing, finance and leadership team Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and competencies: · Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing and several years of analytics experience is preferred   · Strong working knowledge of reporting software packages (e.g. Business Objects) and databases (MS Access) · Excellent quantitative analytical skills · Strong business acumen to determine proper report types · Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity · Inquisitive – looking for particularities in data to bring out insights · Time management – prioritizing and organizing multiple analysis requests · Ability to work well within a team We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits program.. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, life insurance, pension, paid vacation and holidays.
