You can learn more about INVISTA by visiting www.INVISTACareers.com Job Responsibilities: Sr. EHS Counsel within INVISTA Legal Department in Wichita that will report to EHS Chief Counsel and work with other EHS Counsel on advising facilities and businesses with respect to day-to-day EHS compliance issues primarily in United States. May oversee remediation activities, assist with transactions and investigations, and interact with regulators and effectively manage outside counsel as needed on larger projects. If specific expertise, assist on process safety management issues, TSCA or FDA issues. Provide legal support for projects worldwide. Qualifications: *5+ years of environmental, health and safety counseling at law firm or large company,Experience working with facility personnel and complex EHS regulatory experience required*Excellent written and oral communication skills*Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities*J.D. from a well regarded law school*Some travel requiredExperience & Skills Preferred:*Undergrad degree in engineering*RCRA, Air Pollution and Transactional experience preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
