World headquarters is located in Irving, Texas. NCH manufactures and markets an extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide.  NCH products include chemical specialties, fasteners, welding alloys and plumbing parts as well as maintenance and supply products.  These products are sold and serviced primarily through the Corporation’s own sales force. Summary:NCH has an immediate opening for a Senior Tax Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas.  This position will provide direct support to the Tax Director related to federal and state income tax compliance, research, planning, audit defense, income tax accounting and staff supervision. Responsibilities for this position include: Prepare and review  federal and state corporate income tax returns Prepare and review federal consolidated and state unitary tax returns Calculate and review federal and state book/tax differences  Prepare and review state franchise returns Prepare and review foreign information returns – Forms 5471, 8865 & 8868 Calculate Foreign Tax and R&D Credit Prepare and review federal and state estimated tax payments Supervise and assist with federal and state audit defense Perform research and assist with planning projects Prepare and review  FAS 109 and FIN 48 analysis Assist with supervision and development of staff Assist with other projects as required Requirements for this position include: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance 3 to 4 years experience working in corporate tax department or public accounting Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred CPA or CPA Candidate preferred Knowledge of Corp Tax preferred Working knowledge of any of the following areas or combination thereof is a plus: accounting for income taxes, uniform capitalization, domestic production deduction, research and experimentation credit, foreign tax credit, foreign income sourcing and expense allocation and apportionment, subpart F,  multi-state income tax compliance, research and audit defense including separate and unitary filing as well as state taxation of foreign source income In return for your talent, we offer: Outstanding benefits including 401(K) with matching funds, major medical, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability.
