We are searching for candidates for a potential opportunity in Florida for an accomplished power plant professional. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Minimum of twenty years of direct power plant experience (operations, maintenance, engineering) Training experience with a represented workforce is highly desirable.
Track record of progressive leadership responsibilities
Proven successful history of profit & loss responsibilities
Talent management and/or hands on training experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of corporate and plant audiences
Proven ability to lead a large, geographically-dispersed, team
B.S. Engineering degree with professional license registration and/or advanced degree
LMS experience and/or application knowledge
