Dairy AshfordHouston,TX 77077 Phone: 281-496-0803 Fax: 2814964705 Senior Pressure Vessel Engineer Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Vessels) Houston, Texas Houston based Engineering & Construction companies have openings for senior and principal/lead level Pressure Vessel Engineers. Function in a project team environment as a Senior or Principle/Lead discipline engineer.  Responsibilities include design of towers and drums, preparation of equipment requisitions, technical evaluation of vendor bids, review of vendor drawings, project man-hour budget, Scheduling, and management of change.  Will also be responsible for the work of others. Strong communication skills are required to interface with the client, project team, and outside suppliers.  Expert knowledge of ASME boiler & pressure vessel code section Viii division 1 is required.  Working knowledge of current pressure vessel design programs such as Compress is preferred.  Minimum 10 years experience.  5-10 years if all experience is in a multi-discipline project team environment. LNG experience required including design of full containment double wall tanks.  AutoCAD, Compress.
