We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist based at our global headquarters location in Sturtevant, WI(approximately 20 miles south of downtown Milwaukee). The Senior HR Generalist will work collaboratively within the North American region to provide professional human resources support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: recruitment, termination, employee relations, HRIS (inclusive of payroll & benefits), total rewards, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, training, diversity and special projects. The key internal customers supported by this person will be sales, service and marketing professionals across the U.S. and Canada. This person must be willing to travel up to 25% across North America. We have a strong desire for a high potential candidate interested in growing their HR career with us. Qualified candidates will have the following: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required Master’s degree – Human Resources, Organizational Development or MBA preferred PHR/SPHR preferred Experience: 5-7 years previous professional level HR generalist experience ideally supporting a remote customer team. Sales HR experience a definite plus. Accustomed to and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Demonstrated skills in employee relations w/ excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision-making Must be able to work effectively independently and as an team member Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of human resources practices, procedures and laws/regulations Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to manage multiple assignments in rapidly changing environment Solid computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes and Peoplesoft (or other HRMS) Ability to handle/resolve extremely confidential and sensitive issues.
