Sr. Technical Sales Engineer
Account Development Specialist
Needed For One of the Nation’s Largest
Plant-Support Engineering Practices Providing:
Fitness-For-Service Assessments, Non-Destructive Testing Services, Metallurgical and Failure Analysis, Vibration, Flow and Process Simulation to Blue Chip Companies in the Oil and Gas Refining and Petrochemical Process Industry.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: to $120,000 Or More Depending on Experience / Seniority
incentives: Full Fringe Benefits, Bonus and Other Compensation are included. The Company will pay Relocation.

* This 25-Year-Old + Company has been growing rapidly for a number of decades with Offices in Houston, Cincinnati, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge, Operating One of the Nation’s Largest Plant-Support Engineering Practices Providing State-Of-The-Art Engineering Support Services.

* Their Clients are the Blue Chip Companies in the
Oil and Gas Refining and Petrochemical Process Industry.

* The Company is Very Profitable and is Employee-Owned.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUREMENTS:From a Cincinnati base, call on Midwestern and East Coast Oil and Gas Refineries and Petrochemical Plants and Central Engineering Departments to Sell Proven State of the Art Services including include Fitness-For-Service Assessments, Failure Analysis, Non-Destructive Testing Services, Metallurgical And Failure Analysis, Vibration, and Flow and Process Simulation.The Successful Candidate will have Prior Successful Business Development Sales Experience and be a Self-Starting and Self-Motivated Person of Ambition - one who is Motivated to help Clients Solve their Problems by Building Long-Term Trust-Relationships. The Company already has Substantial Business in the Midwestern US and Eastern US Coast but has a Lower Market Share than in its Southern Markets so New Account Development is the Touchstone of Success in this Position.
There is remarkably Low Turnover In This Company, and for the small percentage who do leave it is not unusual to have them return after a relatively brief absence.


REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree / BS in Mechanical, Materials Engineering or Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering from an Accredited College or University. Advanced Degrees are a Plus. Minimum 10 Years – more preferred – of Engineering Experience in these types of companies. Consideration will be given to those who have had success in sales experience representing Engineering Services and/or Engineered Products to Refineries and Chemical Plants. Experience in unrelated industries will not count. USA Citizenship or USA Permanent Resident Visa Holders

There is obviously Substantial Overnight Travel.

Having Good Contacts in these Midwestern and Eastern Markets is Mandatory.
