You will work with both external and internal business partners to: Develop integration solutions based on Ashland and/or partner's specifications. Work on multiple integration projects simultaneously. Perform analysis on existing applications. Work as part of a team as well as individually.Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise application integration strategies. Strong technical background with messaging and mapping integration tools. Experience with EDI and B2B standards and with A2A and ETL concepts. Experience in working with external customers, vendors and service providers, as well as internal business partners. Must be customer focused. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a process-centric organizationExperience with integration tools: WebMethods, Websphere Data Interchange, Ascential DataStage Experience integrating with ERP systems, preferably SAP Programming experience with Java or ABAP JCL and/or Unix scripting experience Experience with ANSI X12 and EDIFAC EDI standards; XML standards such as CIDX, xCBL, an/or Rosettanet desired. Good understanding of data exchange technologies: ftp, sftp, https, AS2 Ability to take business requirements and transform them into a sustainable solution that fits into the company’s existing architecture and processes. Ashland has a history of attracting the best people and keeping them.
