This position is a broad based, technical support role which includes interaction with multiple components of our business and the carpet industry including mill accounts, technology development, technical service and manufacturing support. Minimum Skills Required: Minimum 10 years experience in operations within the carpet or apparel industry, and fiber extrusion experience with quality management and/or process engineering experience. Experience with polymer, fiber extrusion and spinning. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Good written and oral communications. Successful negotiation skills. Ability to function independently with limited guidance. Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree, required.
