Temp Geotechs-Fresh Science Grads Welcome-North Houston

Kelly Scientific Resources is recruiting Geotechs to work for an oilfield services company in North Houston. The Geotech will monitor real time mud logging data coming off wells from satellite feeds all over the world. The Geotech will also communicate with customers regarding the data feeds. Qualified candidates will be either fresh science grads with strong computer skills or former mud loggers with strong computer skills. Ideally, the candidate will have Microsoft skills, the ability to manipulate databases and perhaps even knowledge of satellite links. Good communication skills are a must. These are 6-month temp positions that could possible go permanent. The shift is M-F on a two-week rotation between 2am-10am and 10am-6pm. Pay is $18/hr.
