 The Itasca Illinois Flavor site has the following opportunity available:

·  Warehouse Supervisor – HIgh School or GED Equivalent + 7 - 10 years of experience.

o Assures that employees are adhering to all company procedures and policies.  Trains and develops new employees.  Provides the necessary tools for the employees to safely and competently perform their work functions.

o Provides timely and accurate material handling service of containers, raw materials, intermediates, and finished flavors for the Itasca Facility

o Monitors job performance of all the Material Handlers located in Warehouse.  Provides periodic checks and feedback and yearly reviews of overall performance.

o Maintains an accurate inventory of containers, raw materials, intermediates and finished flavors and identifies potential process changes to better support the Itasca Warehouse.

Maintains a safe and sanitary working environment for all Material Handlers.
