A/R - VENDOR COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

 

Leading home textiles importer is seeking a “roll-up your sleeves” A/R Chargeback Supervisor with additional duties to include Vendor Compliance functions - 3-5 years chargeback experience with major retail department stores.  Hands-on team player is needed.  Must have excellent leadership, organizational and communications skills, as well as credit and collection experience. 

 

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

· Supervisor, lead and train Accounts Receivable/Vendor Compliance staff; ensure a smooth work flow

· Ensure A/R Aging is at acceptable levels in accordance with Company objectives

· Identify problems and resolutions as needed

· Work closely with our Sales Support team to ensure complete compliance throughout our distribution process

· Perform accounting and record-keeping tasks to support our Finance Department

· Analyze daily activities and create monthly reports

· Direct month end closing process

· Special projects as necessary – directed by Upper Management
