 Position Summary:

Responsible for compiling and updating sample reports, cross reference charts, letters, and related correspondence using Microsoft Word & Excel software.  Responsible for processing part number creation, BOM requests and other part number related requests.  Process first article samples, ECOs and RMAs.  Maintain, compile and index various files relating to Product Management.

 

Position Responsibilities: 

·  Assist in creating various Product Management cross-reference charts, market research reports, sales reports, inventory and other reports as deemed necessary.

·  Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to job duties.

·  Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for product.

·  Develop and maintain product reference library (including fabrics, trims and factory samples)

·  Responsible for assisting in part number creation, BOM requests, activation and other related part requests.

·  Assist in processing first article samples, engineering change orders and RMAs.

·  Type, phone, email and Fax various correspondences relating to PM type activities.

·  Ship or mail out various correspondence and items relating to Product Management.

·  Perform special projects.

·  Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

Position Requirements:

·  Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

·  Familiar with PC Hardware.

·  Good verbal and written communication skills.

·  Must be organized, detailed and have excellent follow-thru skills
