Assistant Trim Developer

We are currently looking for an  Assistant Trim Developer to work in Materials and Innovation department.  In this role, you will assist with the Trim development process for Reebok US Branded Apparel, coordinating product requirements and all record keeping by working closely with Design, Project Management, the Materials team, Liaison Offices and T2 suppliers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure correct documentation and procedures are followed for all Trim briefs.  Participate in all Brief hand-offs with Design, Marketing, Project Managers, and Line manager.
Provide Weekly Reporting: to summarize US development; to monitor specific vendors (e.g. zippers); to assist in Buy Ready trim approvals.
Ensure clear and timely communication with development partners within the Global Materials team, inclusive of Reebok and the Liaison Offices.
Create and maintain accurate and up to date records of all Trim Briefs via eRoom WIP; RMS; seasonal books; US Materials Library. 
Enhance the RMS Trim data base with complete records, including images.
Ensure the Library of RMS and Inspiration trims is continuously assessed to support the Business Units and to build world class product. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree or Equivalent of 4 yrs college with studies in Textiles and Business.
At least 2 years of experience in the apparel or trim industry.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Technology skills.
Strong to Advanced level with eMail, MSOffice Suite – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Access preferred.
