BILINGUAL PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR-Textile/Apparel Industries

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our internal production and works with other manufacturing groups to ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence and the best quality for the most effective cost.  You will develop processes and write procedures that ensure consistent, efficient and high quality output.  You will also be responsible for creating an environment of continuous improvement where all employees are fully involved and invested in making processes, systems, and a safer, more efficient, and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bilingual: English-Spanish Experience with garment design, development, and manufacturing Min. 5 years exp. managing multiple, complex, and/or cross functional processes/projects Min. 3 years direct supervisory experience of multiple employees and/or groups Experience in MRP systems Experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power-Point Strong focus on performance management discipline, auditing techniques, and proven ability to hold others accountable Proven analytical skills involving data and process analysis as well as data-based decision making Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Spanish) and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management Proven track record handling multiple projects under set constraints Lean/Kaizen/Cellular Manufacturing experience a plus
