Company is stable, and total employees are about 850+ Job Specs: Ø Manage all aspects of Division financial reporting and analysis Ø Maintain Balance sheet account reconciliations Ø Coordinate annual Budget process with all departments and Managers Ø Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP Ø Prepare capital investment analysis and justification Ø Manage all Sales & Use tax filings and requirements Ø Perform Customer and Vendor credit reviews Ø Responsible for training and implementation of new ERP system (Vantage) Ø Managed complete upgrade of IT Systems, servers and databases Ø Reduced monthly closing cycle by four days by improving process and streamlining reports Ø Coordinated year end physical inventory completed in 2 days POSITION PROFILE The Candidate will be considered a business partner and hands-on leader with overall responsibility for the financial management of the location including: Financial reporting and analysis Balance Sheet management Treasury functions Budgeting and forecasting Information Systems Tax Capital investment analysis, justification and management Strategic Planning Legal/contractual obligations Environmental Compliance Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
