Call Center/Customer Service Manager

Revolution Dancewear, a wholesale manufacturer and distributer of dance shoes, bodywear and costumes for the young dancer is looking for an experienced manager to run our ever expanding call center.  This professional must provide motivation and supervision to our small but growing staff of customer service associates.

1.  Develop and monitor sales goals and incentives using state of the art materials and procedures

2.  Motivate, schedule, and strengthen customer service staff, co-ordinate, plan and direct work flow.

3.  Use strong leadership and communication skills, have excellent coaching and training credentials.
 

College
3-5 years or more with contact management related experience
interest in dance a plus
