Customer Service Manager

High growth and dynamic athletic apparel manufacturer seeks an experienced professional Customer Service Manager. This candidate will be responsible for “End to End” Customer Service. This is a key management position and the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a customer service dept. of 10 or more associates, understand all processes associated, order entry procedures, systems, be a strong communicator and have a solid background in dealing directly with customers, assisting field sales reps and other appropriate departments within the organization to ultimately provide superior service. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in systems, understand how/why to organize an aggressive outbound call program and have a full understanding of the “front end” of the sale while guiding the team. Minimal travel.
