Key Summary of Duties: Handle customer phone calls and inquiries including researching and resolving any issues that may arise. Efficient and accurate order  Sales representative support Maintain customer service files other related duties

Qualifications:Must be detail oriented with an outgoing personality.Must be dependable and have a great attitudeMust have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to efficiently handle phones, and use customer oriented telephone etiquette to get information.

Experience: Customer service experience in a similar environment is preferredExcellent Typing skills, 60+ words per minuteProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
