Customer Service Supervisor

Standard Textile Co., Inc., is the international technology leader in the manufacturing and distribution of reusable textiles, apparel, surgical, and decorative products. We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Customer Service Supervisor will be providing support to the Director of Customer Service and the departments team members. Responsibilities include: managing and coordinating the daily operations of the team, assigning workload and setting priorities, report tracking, and recommending process improvements. The Supervisor will assist with personnel decisions, implement policies and procedures for new and existing accounts, and help build and develop team members as the department grows. Three to five years of customer service supervisory experience is required. Candidate must have excellent communication, sales, organization and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required and AS400 is a plus.
