Customer Service Support - Inside Sales - Purchasing Assistant /

Do you have MAS90 experience?  This is an accounting software program. 

 

Superior Industrial Supply, located in the Midtown area, is a fast paced company currently looking for a purchasing assistant- inside sales and customer service person.  We are currently utilizing MAS90.Excel, phone and data entry skills a must!  Training will be provided but someone with common sense and a willingness to treat our customers they way they would like to be treated is key!  This individual will need to be able to multi task in many areas.Experience is always great, but give me a great attitude and I can work with the rest. 

Job duties:Assisting purchaser with various administrative duties as required Taking orders over the phone.  Follow up, follow up, follow up!  Some AR, as in cash receipts-billing. Be teachable and dependable!  Inputting information into internal database.Maintains master price list by updating price sheets from vendors.Doing whatever it takes to get the job done and with a good attitude!
