Embroidery Logo Coordinator/Color Specialist

 

A leader in providing luxury apparel to the golf and resort industry is looking for a dedicated, creative, customer–focused person to join our embroidery team.  This key position requires:

Key Tasks and Activities: Prepare embroidery work orders to accompany product orders delivered to contractors for production.   Determining thread colors to satisfy logo or customer requirements/requests. Manage Logo library and database for all customer and company dst files.  Obtain approved logo dst files from customers; Manage and obtain approval of edits and special requests to existing logos and files. Prepare requests for swatches, send out for approval and track timely response from customer.  Proactively communicate with Customer Service and Sales, as needed, to insure that timely information is provided regarding logo approval and embroidery instructions. Create and maintain spec sheets for all logo placements and for other company embroidery production standards. Develop seasonal thread palette based on coloration and styling of upcoming seasonal product. Track, monitor and resolve all customer embroidery issues proactively and in a timely manner. Assist with resource coordination and other areas of embroidery department, as needed.

 

Principal Accountabilities: Establish and maintain strong working relationships and open lines of communication with all staff and associates with the goal of meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Serve as a dependable and approachable source of information to customers (internal and external) for guidance and expertise in all areas of embroidery and logo issues. Maintain an active involvement with all aspects of the selection process for embroidery thread colors as well as coloring standards to be used for product in the upcoming season. Be proactive in maintaining the company’s stringent quality standards for all aspects of the embroidery process.



Experience in an embroidery operation is desired but not required to be the successful candidate.  A background or experience in the golf or resort business would also be beneficial.
