Job Description
Quiksilver is looking for a bilingual Facilities Manager who will manage all facility related projects and maintenance of a large distribution center located in Mira Loma, CA. They will be responsible for developing preventative maintenance programs, reading/interpreting blueprints, and maintaining and tracking all issues and expenses. Our ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience with ability to direct facility maintenance staff, outside vendors and contractors on a daily basis. They will also have excellent communication with a strong customer service focus towards employees, outside contractors and vendors.
 
Job Requirements
- 5+ recent years of experience as a Facilities Manager
- Facilities Management Certification from accredited college
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be organized team leader with good decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
