SPANX is the revolutionary leader in the manufacturing and sale of hosiery and intimate apparel.  With our explosive growth, we have created the role of HR Coordinator to support the 65 member (and expanding) team.  Spanx is a woman-owned and managed, entrepreneurial, private company located next to Lenox Square in Atlanta, GA..


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in development and administration of human resources plans and procedures.

 

Maintain HR files and employee handbook.

 

Input payroll to 3rd party payroll service.

 

Coordinate benefits administration including claims resolution, change reporting, and internal benefit communications.

 

Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, initial screenings and employee orientations.

 

Recommend policy enhancements and conduct wage and benefit surveys.

 

Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

 


QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2+ years HR generalist experience

Experience in the retail or apparel/fashion industry

Knowledge of behavioral interviewing/targeted selection process

PHR certification
