Ermenegildo Zegna, the luxury men’s apparel company is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Administrator to join our team in our Corporate Headquarters located in Englewood, New Jersey.

The position will perform daily support and trouble shooting within the HR group and employee population with all aspects of benefits, payroll and entry level recruitment.
Responsibilities to include daily administrative responsibilities for benefits for both the US and Canada, including group health plan; disability; worker’s compensation and 401(k); back up responsibilities for payroll and entry level/intern recruitment along with miscellaneous projects.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of benefit and payroll experience and must possess strong follow through, communication and interpersonal skills; be detail oriented with strong organizational and computer skills. Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint required. Bachelors Degree a plus.
