Industrial Maintenance Technicians

Pennsylvania Extruded Tube Co. (PEXCO), a leader in seamless stainless steel tubing, located in Clarks Summit, PA, is looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians.

 

 

Key Performance Abilities:

· Ability to troubleshoot AC, DC and control electrical circuits.

· PLC, automation and control systems experience or training.

· Troubleshoot, repair, and replace industrial motors, pumps, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and robotic systems. 

· MIG, gas, stick welding and plasma cutting experience required. 

· Able to operate drill presses, band saws, hydraulic presses, other power tools and equipment.

· Basic metal fabrication, pipe-fitting and plumbing skills.

· Experience with industrial safety procedures 

· Familiar with the use of industrial electrical and mechanical tools.

· HVAC and rigging experience a plus.

 

Job Information and other Qualifications:

Work with others in a industrial production environment to effectively maintain and repair all equipment and related systems.  Develop and improve existing equipment.  Demonstrate competence and a high skill level in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of  a variety of complex electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.

 

High School Diploma or equivalent required, trade school degree preferred. 

 

Must be available for emergency call-in work and be able to work any shift including rotating. Excellent communication & some computer skills required.  Ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in both a team environment and individually.
