In addition to its wholesale business, the company operates retail locations including Bright Eyes, Oakley O Stores, and The Optical Shop of Aspen.BASIC FUNCTIONS:Develop financial models to analyze sales and other financial data.Assist in monthly forecast and annual budget process including profit and loss statements and gross margin analysis.Create and distribute various financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Assist with the review of monthly financial statements and analyze variance to budget/forecast.Prepare financial reports, analyses and recommendations.Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, research, analyze and summarize financial data.Support special and ad hoc projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.2 - 3 years experience in planning/financial analysis functions.Strong knowledge of Excel.Motivated to work to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work well with others in a team environment.PLUS FACTORS:Experience in consumer product/action sports.SAP R3, BW and Hyperion experience.
