ITOCHU Prominent USA, a subsidiary of Itochu International Inc, a global trading company, designs and manufactures men’s and women’s fabrics and finished garments for distribution to major wholesalers and retailers. The company sources and handles logistics of importing textiles for retailers and wholesalers throughout Asia. ITOCHU Prominent also develops licensing and distribution programs for major global luxury brands both in the United States and Japan
We have a great career opportunity for an experienced Manager, Strategic Planning & Investments to support ITOCHU Prominent and the textile division of our parent company on investment initiatives.
The Manager, Strategic Planning & Investments will be responsible for analyzing and managing investment activities and strategy in line with organization’s objectives. Provide support, guidance and consultation to the General Manager and ITOCHU Prominent Corporate Planning on investment opportunities and/or mergers and acquisitions, including negotiations, analysis and presentations. Will oversee and ensure that budgets and forecasts are developed in a professional and timely manner, and present accurate and realistic appraisals of business opportunities, risks & costs, and potential profitability.
Qualifications:Master’s degree or equivalent required in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field.Experienced in Investment analysis, presentations, negotiations of investments / acquisitions and performing due diligence.Thorough knowledge and experience in developing financial strategy. Bilingual English and JapaneseExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
