The Widex Hearing Aid Company, a world leader in digital hearing aids and with deep roots in Queens has an immediate opening in its Customer Relations Department, for a Customer Relations Representative.

 

Primary responsibilities are providing business to business callers with quality customer care and problem resolution.  The ideal candidate must be personable and energetic, while possessing strong telephone communication and problem solving abilities.  Bachelors degree, or two years college with two years customer service experience.
