Successful commercial Embroidery firm seeks a qualified office administrator for full time position, with benefits.

Job Duties will include:
? Taking daily phone calls and answering customer service inquiries? Sending e-mails, responding with product information and price quotes? Oder taking and order processing using Quick books software? Submitting purchase orders for blank merchandise? Shipping and receiving of ordered goods? Invoicing ? Other duties as required or directed by managementApplicant must have good customer service skills and be comfortable ina fast paced environment, with ability to effectively communicateutilizing telephone and other electronic means including e-mail andinternet.

Experience with Quick Books required
