This highly visible position provides quality service to our client through a variety of order expediting responsibilities including taking and entering orders, quoting prices, checking product availability and tracking the progress of orders through shipment.  Will also assist in processing sample requests and act as host to clients visiting the showroom.

 

Qualifications include at least two years customer service experience preferably in a showroom environment.  Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks.  Textile knowledge and/or industry experience as well as general computer skills highly desired.
