Order Management/Customer Service Representative

 

 

THE SAK is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of full time Customer Service Representative.  Primary responsibilities include management of orders for selected customer accounts, execution of orders through our ERP to ensure fill rates and timeliness of order flow and supporting Account Executives and Sales.

 

 

Responsibilities:Order Management and execution of orders for select accounts on a day to day basis to ensure orders are managed from point of receipt (edi, manual entry) to shipment.Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date and fulfillment levelsAct as a service and operational liaison between account executives, retail accounts and companyCommunicate problems, discrepancies, updates and merchandise information to Account Executives and/or customer as neededMaintain logs and files for all assigned accounts Research and resolve expense offset charges in a timely mannerSupport other Customer Service Representatives on daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction in a team environmentOther projects, ad hoc reporting and assistance to the Inside Sales Department as needed

 

Requirements:BA/BS or equivalent work experience 1 - 2 years of Customer Service/Order Management experience preferred Ability to work with different levels in the organization, both internally and externally Ability to Multi TaskVery detail oriented Good communication skillsStrong Organizational skills Ability to prioritize based on changing business needs Proficient in  Excel & Word other Microsoft Office components a plusKnowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus
