Receiving Coordinator

Receiving Coordinator for 2nd Shift. Job description below:
1. Schedule inbound trucks via phone communication and emails including checking in/out drivers, checking seal numbers, maintaining Manifest and Bills of Laden filing.
2. Verify the advance shipment notifications after cases are in the correct status using the SOP
3. Accurately complete appropriate paperwork pertaining to a shipment or receiving folder
4. Create Debit Memos for Chico’s, White House Black Market, and Soma to ensure vendor stay within compliance.
5. Collect data as needed by the Receiving Office Supervisor including creating, maintaining and organizing files for each shipment.
6. Assist other Receiving Clerks to ensure prompt and efficient service to Corporate and the inbound department.
7. Execute the receipt of the daily packing slip and daily traffic report for the development of advance shipment notices for all divisions so that the shipment can be allocated 24 hours before arrival as needed
8. Execute Type 2 purchase orders wave management after product has been received and QA inspected as needed
9. Execute Type 1 replenishment wave management after notification from Corporate the pipeline has been released as needed
10. Coordinate with Corporate Office to resolve problem shipments.
11. Investigate case issues to assist proper payment to vendor and/or inventory status.
12. Maintain assigned work area to meet the standards for good housekeeping.
13. Follow safety procedures and security policies as given.
14. Perform appropriate assignments and projects will be assigned if necessary
