Retail/Wholesale Planner - Laundry and C&C

RETAIL/WHOLESALE PLANNER – LAUNDRY AND C&CLocation: Corporate Office Miami, FL C&C California and Laundry need a shared Retail/Wholesale planner that will interact with sales, merchandising, and production.  As the Retail/Wholesale planner, will be responsible for working with the Account Executive and Account’s Buying team to set and achieve sales, margin and inventory goals, through the correct assortment and pricing strategy for each account and brand. Will also develop, maintain and analyze Account Ladder plans, and review weekly sales results from account’s selling reports.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  Monitor plans and OTD pricing. Making callouts where necessary, to maximize sales and minimize margin giveback. Maintain any markdown allowance tracking forms as needed by division. Work with AE and the Design/Merchandise group on a monthly/quarterly basis to share selling information, category information, sku count recommendation, and opportunities for the following season. Meet with AE on a regular basis to discuss issues and opportunities. Maintain thumbnail history of selling by style, as required by account/division. Maintain and analyze monthly Mall Comp and EOM reporting, as required by account/division. Create and maintain Demand sheets for replenishment product, as required by account/division. Work closely with each account to develop size scales for SAO’s, assortment plans, as required by account/division. Consolidate customer orders and forecast and advise purchasing/production to place the buys during the market process. Utilize Net Solutions and Makeup Order in the process.  REQUIREMENTS: Five plus years of experience required in a similar capacity. Familiarity with women's product lines desired. CPM, CPIM desired; previous Retek, Arthur, Oracle Retail, RPAS, RDF, MMS or other planning software experience desired. MS Office proficiency required.
