Responsible for the management of the customer service team, allocations and conducting analysis of sales data in support of the strategic business plan. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Note: Other duties may be assigned) Management of Sales Operations: Manage processes: lead management, order entry, allocation of product, and customer setup Manage the Vera Bradley Rewards Program Manage all sales reporting and data auditing Continue to develop and improve all processes for Sales, Customer Service and Sales Consultants Implement software and procedures to support Sales, Customer Service and Sales Consultants Coordinate and manage efforts relating to other departments (Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Production, Distribution, and Merchandising) Manage SAP projects for the Sales Team Work closely with the IT department to manage the timeline and development for all SAP projects Other: Work closely with the sales management team to ensure inside and outside sales areas and all channels of distribution are in sync with one another. Work closely with VP of Sales to manage the Sales budget Prepare periodic meeting presentations Provide training and support relative to sales process Conduct testing of proposed process improvements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer programming, business or other related field * 5+ years business management experience preferably in a customer service/sales environment Retail experience preferred Proven leadership experience Strong Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint skills are required SAP experience required Ad-hoc report writing and query development experience Strong initiative/self direction Strong analytical and project management skills Detail oriented and excellent organization skills Strong team player with ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills Environment & Physical Demands: Office environment utilizing an office desk - sitting, reading, listening and speaking Occasional travel as required to visit retailers and travel to premieres Submitting a resume online at a job site could cause valuable screening information to be missed.Please apply directly at: http://hostedjobs.openhire.com/epostings/jobs/submit.cfm?fuseaction=dspjob&jobid=179513&company_id=15857&jobboardid=24We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
