Sales Planner / Analyst

Responsibilities:Prepares weekly ordering process (wholesale, retail) for review by manager.Prepares weekly back-order reports against open sales orders.Coordinate inbound shipments with PC and warehouse.Manage reserve inventory process for new products (transfer to/from reserve/main by SKU).Phase out of discontinued modelsTimely allocation of new products against open orders.New product set-up with finance.Coordinate product returns with PC.Coordinate grey market product returns to PC; and US grey market watches.Weekly reconciliation of purchase order files against deliveries.Manage inventory at retail stores.Pricing:Manage price increases; price files; new price list; account notificationsResolve price discrepancies/errors.Products:Ensure accurate and updated product filesCommunicate product updates to field/accountsCreate order forms for trade showsCreate new product sell-in materialsGenerate daily/weekly replenishment orders for retail stores.Ensure adequate stock levels in warehouse for product boxes, accessories, instruction manuals and hang tags.Vertical demand analysisRequirements:2 years Merchandise Planning experienceMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize and multi taskSAP knowledge a plus
