We need to increase our sales force in Northern California.



 

Job Responsibilities: Sales Representative DutiesCreate new business as well as manage existing accounts.Develop a plan to sell target accountsWill be accountable for a designated % of annual growthAttend Trade Shows and set appointments in designated areas of responsibilities.Meet and exceed Monthly revenue quotasIdentify prospects and increase market penetration in assigned territorySubmit weekly reports in a timely mannerKeeps management informed of the competition and marketProactively address customer issues and questionsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 7 plus years experience in consumer or brand marketing.Strong competitive sales background

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsEnergy, motivation, enthusiasm, integrity and outstanding organizational time and territory management.Strong prospecting and closing skills, willing to work hard.Hunter Mentality and desire to over achieve and cold canvasMust have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territories and canvass the existing and newer potential marketsStrong sense of urgencyEnjoys working in a competitive and fast paced environmentService-oriented.Computer literate.
