POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for assisting with PVH?s internal and external financial reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Internal Reporting Responsibilities:Assist with monthly reporting and analysis to senior management and Board of DirectorsAssist with debt covenant reporting and analysis, including projection of key ratiosAssist with month end closing, budgets and estimatesAssist with the calculation of stock-based compensation expenseAssist with quarterly reviews and annual auditsPrepare weekly sales analysis reports for senior managementPrepare revolving credit borrowing base calculation and assist with related certification reviewsAssist with Hyperion Reporting System administrationAssist divisions with Hyperion questions and troubleshoot problemsPreparation of ad hoc requests requested by senior management and others
External Reporting Responsibilities:Assist with preparation of quarterly press releases and 10-Q?sAssist with preparation of annual financial statements and 10-K reportMonitor new SEC and FASB proposals Prepare US Department of Commerce reportsPerform accounting research as neededJob Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting4-8 years of related experienceHyperion and Lawson experience preferredPrevious exposure to GAAP financial statement preparation and SEC filingsStrong PC skillsCPA preferred
