In addition to its wholesale business, the company operates retail locations including Bright Eyes, Oakley O Stores, and The Optical Shop of Aspen.BASIC FUNCTIONS:Communicates and implements quality policy, procedures and systems with Oakley apparel suppliers.Performs factory evaluations to ensure conformance of quality systems, product quality and corporate compliance programs.Performs in-process and final audits of Oakley apparel and measure supplier performance.Review specifications for accuracy, develop quality plans, initiate and follow-up with root cause corrective action requests, perform supplier surveys and support MRB functions.Lead efforts toward quality improvement with Oakley suppliers. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Solid understanding of quality systems and a background with various manufacturing technologies.Must be a true quality Practitioner and a self starter.Must be able to apply quality science to ensure suppliers meet Oakley requirements.Knowledge of textile and terminology.Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally.Knowledge of garment construction.PLUS FACTORS:CQE/CQM/CQABackground in TQM & Six SigmaBilingual English/Chinese/SpanishCollege Degree RESPOND HERE!
