We have an immediate opening for a WarehouseManager to join our team in LosAngeles, California 

This position will oversee and actively participatein all aspects of the operation of distribution and order picking warehouse.The warehouse manager will be responsible for all daily activities of thewarehouse with respect to warehouse organization, inventory management, orderpicking and packing, and distribution.

 

Responsibilities

  Responsible for overseeing the Warehouse Operations which includes ensuring work is on schedule and accurate. Serve as liaison between office and warehouse in order to communicate and solve problems between customer demands & operational constraints. Overseeing all shipping operations, having ability to manage shipping area for deliveries and scheduling trucks. Overseeing all receiving operations, include the return of goods Manages warehouse space planning.  Ensures that the warehouse layout will accommodate present and future storage requirements. Ensures that warehouse materials are rotated and stored properly. Arranging and ensuring accurate and timely completion of inventory cycle counts Assist in maintenance of inventory levels and system information to ensure up-to-date and accurate information. This position provides day-to-day supervision and leadership to employees in packaging, shipping and receiving products and coordinates delivery and pick up for drivers. 

 

Qualifications

  Prior experience managing people and being accountable for a department or unit. Need to be a hands-on leader with the ability to delegate tasks. Good communication skills, well organized and attentive to details Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment Must be computer literate and have basic to intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft products. Bi-lingual Spanish highly desirable
