ATM Second Line Maintenance Technician

Pendum Drive personal or company vehicle to various ATM or customer locations.Be readily available to accept ATM repair calls from the Call Center within service hours. Run diagnostics on troubled ATM's Perform 2nd line and 1st line mechanical and electronic repairs on various ATM models within service zones.Understand ATM error codes and troubleshoot for problems if fix is not apparent.Successfully utilize all testing equipment such as a multimeters and communication break out box, etc. Perform preventative maintenance on ATM's when applicable.Maintain and order car stock for various ATM types within region.Must work with ATM owner, bank representative, or subcontractor to solve and report customer ATM issues.Communicate with customers in person or via telephone on troubled machines when needed.Activate, deactivate, install, and shelve Mas Hamilton locks.Diagnose software or communication faults on various ATM's within region.Provide on site training for newly hired field technicians.Position includes but is not limited to the above responsibilities. Must be familiar with ATM installations.Basic PC knowledge and the ability to follow PC applications.2 year degree or more in electronics or related field.Comprehensive knowledge of mechanics and mechanical repair. Ability to write reports, records, and correspondence.Ability to read and understand manuals, repair orders, and technical information.Possession of a valid drivers license and operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with the Driver Physical Qualifications established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration.Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out.
