Account Representative / Account Manager

Account Representative/Account Manager

 

Account Representatives/Managers (Total Solutions Managers) at Broadview Networks are the first point of contact for all newly acquired accounts.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·  Proactively contacting their customer base and scheduling appointments to see their customers in person .

·  Increasing sales revenue while reducing client turnover.

·  Up selling Broadview Networks multiple products to existing accounts.

·  Handling client service issues through clear communication with the customer service department.

·  Renewing current customer contracts that are set to expire.

·  Presenting value added and efficient solutions to customer issues.

·  Assisting the collections department when necessary.

 

 

Prior job experience includes:

 

·  1-2 years of experience working in a telecommunications environment a must!

·  Ability to come up to speed quickly on of all aspects of Broadview Networks products, policies and procedures.

·  Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage all assigned issues.

·  Individuals must have a sincere interest in assisting customers.  They must display a “customer first” attitude at all times and must be able to utilize the appropriate resources to assist them in resolving any and all customer issues.

·  Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Access databases are required.

·  Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and exhibit good judgment.

 

Compensation includes base plus commission.
