SKILLS NEEDED and DUTIES to BE PERFORMED:

· Answer Phones will field incoming calls to other departments

· Receive checks & reconcile debits in a timely manner

· Assign debits to appropriate customer accounts



· Billing:  encode a large volume of bills without errors

· Invoicing: Invoice customers




· Analyze aging reports

· Perform all aspects of collections 

· Reconcile A/R

· Act on disputes in a timely manner

· Communicate with high-level customers in an eloquent professional manner

· Provide flash reports to management
