Summary:

 

Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment and possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, possess sharp organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, the drive to be successful and an ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The selected individual must be comfortable with an ever changing and rapidly growing environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

 Screen, interview, and follow up with candidatesArrange interviews between candidates and clientsPrep and debrief candidates and clients for all interviewsNegotiate salaries and fill open positionsWrite ads for open positionsPrepare documentation for billing to send to corporate office

 

Requirements:

 3+ years of administrative, customer service, support Ability to be resourceful, creative and a problem solver Excellent written & oral communication skills Ability to work both as a team member and individually Experience working in fast-paced environments Proven ability to be dependable Ability to produce quality work under deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Associates Degree or Bachelors degree desired but not required.
