Buckeye Partners, L. P., the nation’s premier transporter of petroleum products and owner and operator of refined petroleum product terminals, is seeking qualified candidates for:

 

Analyst-Database Specialist, based in Breinigsville, PA headquarters office, with responsibility to design, develop, implement, maintain and support financial and operational applications, recommend and evaluate new information technologies, participate in development and implementation of training plans, including training users, and provide technical support.

 

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related discipline, with 3+ years experience in analysis, design and application development, project leadership, or equivalent experience.  Knowledge of Cobol, Embedded SQL, JDE Development Tools, CL language, DB2/400, SQL Tools, Client Access, Iseries Navigator, Analysis and design methodologies.  Knowledge of Cool/2E, Microsoft Development technologies (C#,.NET), Microsoft SQL Server is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Requires excellent communications, analytical, customer service skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently is essential; flexibility to work off hours & on-call as needed.
