(a pharmacy benefit manager), Walgreens Mail Service Inc., Walgreens Home Care Inc., and Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy LLC.TASKS AND STANDARDS FOR POSITIONS:Responsible for logging, tracking and bringing to timely closure all application support callsMonitors defect identification and communicates with the Application team on a regular basis. Provide end users with phone training when required. Create end-user documentation and training materials.Participate in Q.A. to ensure successful implementation of data/functionality to our production environments.Works closely with Training Team and offices during the implementation cycle ensuring a successful transition. Provide support for offices pre and post applications implementationIdentify products that require additional modifications/enhancementsIntegrates new offices into the OCE suite of applicationsAssist with the rollout of new applications (MRO user set up etc.)Essential Skills:•Support multiple applications and locations pre and post implementation. •Work closely with our users ensuring a successful transition to our applications. •Ensure client satisfaction for our local offices and corporate staff by providing timely resolution on support calls. •Log, monitor and resolve issues in a timely manner. •Assist with Quality Assurance projects ensuring a successful migration of data to our production environment.Qualifications:Qualifications: •Ability to multi-task •BA or equivalent professional experience•Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office suite•Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)•Excellent attention to detail•Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines•Time flexibility, ability to work diverse hours•Application Support experience•Ability to get to the job site•Ability to work under stressful conditionsPreferred Qualifications:•Two years experience within Infusion•Project Management experience•Previous application support with Financial / Clinical Systems•Knowledge of Heat Call tracking system•Familiarity with QA testing methodologies.
